As part of our security checks, we have identified two critical security vulnerabilities that may affect some of our IT systems.

To protect our systems and the associated data, we have decided to temporarily shut down the affected servers as a precautionary measure.

As a result, the following services will be unavailable starting today (October 22, 2026), until further notice:

• The PrestoPark.com website
• The TIMO mobile app
• The PrestoPark mobile app

During this interruption, you will not be able to access these services.

For any questions regarding parking, payment, or contesting a post-parking fee (FPS), we invite you to contact the town hall or the city concerned directly. They can guide you on the steps to take and the solutions that may be available during this period.

We are doing everything we can to restore the services in the best possible security conditions. We will inform you as soon as we are able to announce their restoration.
